Zarek is a current Vice President at Harris Williams within their industrials group. After Graduation, Zarek started at Goldman Sachs in their Investment Banking Division in New York City. Zarek left Goldman in 2022 to pursue a career at Harris Williams where he focuses on advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic advisory assignments across a variety of Industrial sectors.  

Zarek graduated from Virginia Tech in 2017 with a Bachelors' in Finance. On campus, Zarek was a member of BASIS where he served in various leadership roles during his tenure.

Zarek resides in Richmond, Virginia with his wife Sophie, son Graham, and their labradoodle Winston. In his spare time, Zarek enjoys endurance sports, weightlifting, traveling, hiking, and spending time with his family.
